Terranova Full-Spectrum Multivitamin Complex
Terranova Full-Spectrum Multivitamin Complex is a broad daily multivitamin and mineral formula on a MAGNIFOOD base of fresh freeze dried spirulina, green barley grass, sea buckthorn, blackberry and watercress. It covers the full B range alongside Vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2, plus zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium, manganese, copper, boron, iron, magnesium, calcium, alpha lipoic acid, choline, inositol and citrus bioflavonoids.
Vitamin C, the B vitamins, magnesium, copper, manganese and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin A, zinc, selenium, copper, iron and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C, Vitamin E, zinc, selenium, manganese and Vitamin B2 contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.
Terranova is a UK supplement brand built around its MAGNIFOOD approach, where each formula sits on a base of fresh freeze dried whole foods and botanicals chosen to work alongside the nutrients rather than acting as fillers. Terranova products contain no binders, fillers or excipients.
Designed for:
Anyone wanting one broad daily multivitamin rather than several single nutrients
People who prefer a wholefood based formula without binders or fillers
Anyone looking to cover the basics reliably
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Each bottle contains 50 capsules.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Not suitable during pregnancy because of the vitamin A content.
A note from our pharmacy team:
This is a properly comprehensive multivitamin rather than a token one, and it does the things a good multi should do: methylfolate rather than folic acid, methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, chelated minerals, and no binders or fillers. Two important cautions. It contains preformed vitamin A, so it is not suitable in pregnancy, and the Prenatal Multivitamin Complex is the right product if you are pregnant or trying to conceive. And it contains vitamin K2, so please speak to us or your anticoagulant clinic if you take warfarin. It also contains a small amount of iron, so mention it if you are already on a separate iron supplement. If you suspect a specific deficiency, testing beats guessing, and we can arrange that.
