It has a broad vitamin and mineral base, four amino acids, choline and yeast-derived beta glucans, and it is the one we tend to point people towards if the main formula feels like more than they need. Two things to flag: it contains Vitamin K2, so if you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, please speak to us or your anticoagulant clinic before starting. And the beta glucans are derived from bakers yeast, so this is not the one for you if you have a yeast sensitivity. Take it in the morning rather than at night, the amino acid content is a little energising for some people. If you are already on a multivitamin, bring it in and we will check you are not doubling up.

    Can I take it with warfarin? Speak to us or your anticoagulant clinic first. It contains Vitamin K2.

    Is it suitable if I have a yeast sensitivity? No. The beta glucans are derived from bakers yeast.

    When is the best time to take it? Morning. Some people find it a little too energising late in the day.
