It has a broad vitamin and mineral base, four amino acids, choline and yeast-derived beta glucans, and it is the one we tend to point people towards if the main formula feels like more than they need. Two things to flag: it contains Vitamin K2, so if you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, please speak to us or your anticoagulant clinic before starting. And the beta glucans are derived from bakers yeast, so this is not the one for you if you have a yeast sensitivity. Take it in the morning rather than at night, the amino acid content is a little energising for some people. If you are already on a multivitamin, bring it in and we will check you are not doubling up.

Product Details

  • For a foot bath: add 150-200g of flakes (around one cup) to warm, not hot, water and soak for 20 minutes or longer.

    For a bath soak: add 250-300g (around two cups) to a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer.

    2 to 3 magnesium baths per week is a typical pattern.

    Each 1kg pack contains roughly 3-6 full baths or 5-7 foot baths depending on quantity used.

  • Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Citrus nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil.

    Suitable for vegetarians. Hypoallergenic, free from the 14 major declared allergens.

  • Magnesium chloride dissolved in warm water creates a mineral-rich soak. Sweet orange essential oil is widely used in aromatherapy for its bright, lifting scent, and adds a sensory layer to the bath ritual that many people find genuinely mood-lifting.

    The magnesium is sourced from the Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, one of the cleanest natural deposits of magnesium salts in the world, sealed underground for around 250 million years.

    Citrus essential oils can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid sunbed use or direct sun exposure immediately after bathing.

    Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
