L-Arginine at 3,000mg is a meaningful dose that acts as a nitric oxide precursor, useful for circulation but with some important caveats. If you take medication for blood pressure, erectile dysfunction (such as sildenafil or tadalafil), or have low blood pressure, please check with us before starting, as L-Arginine can compound their effects. The 100µg Vitamin K2 also means this is not compatible with anticoagulants like warfarin without your GP's input. Some people prone to cold sores find high-dose L-Arginine can trigger recurrence.
