This is a botanical-led sleep formula, which for many people is a sensible middle ground between doing nothing and going straight to prescription options. The botanicals here (chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, passionflower) have a long tradition of use for relaxation, alongside a meaningful dose of magnesium bisglycinate. Two things worth knowing: do not combine with alcohol or sedative medications, as the botanicals may increase drowsiness. This is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding because of the passionflower content. If your sleep issues have persisted for more than a few weeks, it is genuinely worth coming in for a proper chat, sometimes sleep problems have identifiable causes worth investigating rather than simply treating.
