Revive Active Meno Botanicals is a single daily capsule providing a targeted blend of botanicals and essential vitamins to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Soya isoflavones act as phytoestrogens (plant compounds with weak oestrogen-like activity), which means this is generally not recommended if you have a personal history of hormone-sensitive cancer (including breast, ovarian, or uterine), or if you take tamoxifen or hormone replacement therapy, without your GP's input. Sage is not recommended during pregnancy. Product Details

  • For a foot bath: add 150-200g of flakes (around one cup) to warm, not hot, water and soak for 20 minutes or longer.

    For a bath soak: add 250-300g (around two cups) to a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer.

    2 to 3 magnesium baths per week is a typical pattern.

    Each 1kg pack contains roughly 3-6 full baths or 5-7 foot baths depending on quantity used.

  • Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Citrus nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil.

    Suitable for vegetarians. Hypoallergenic, free from the 14 major declared allergens.

  • Magnesium chloride dissolved in warm water creates a mineral-rich soak. Sweet orange essential oil is widely used in aromatherapy for its bright, lifting scent, and adds a sensory layer to the bath ritual that many people find genuinely mood-lifting.

    The magnesium is sourced from the Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands, one of the cleanest natural deposits of magnesium salts in the world, sealed underground for around 250 million years.

    Citrus essential oils can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid sunbed use or direct sun exposure immediately after bathing.

    Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

    Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision without consulting a doctor first.

    Patch test if you have sensitive skin or known fragrance sensitivities.
