A few things worth knowing: this contains phosphatidylserine derived from SOYA and fish oil, so it is not suitable if you have allergies to either or follow a vegan diet. Bacopa can interact with thyroid medication, so please check with us if you take any. The iodine content (150µg) is another reason for thyroid caution. And Bacopa in particular is a slow-acting nootropic where the benefit typically builds over 4 to 12 weeks of consistent use, so give it time.

Capsule shell: (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anticaking Agent (Brown Rice Extract).

    Can I take it alongside Omega Active? Not without checking with us. Focus Complex already includes an omega-3 capsule and you may be doubling up.
