  • Apply 2.5ml (around half a teaspoon, 16 pumps) to clean skin and massage gently.

    Make sure skin is free of other oils and lotions. Spray or rub the oil onto clean skin. Wait at least 20 minutes before showering it off.

    Patch test on a small area first with 1 to 2 pumps. If irritation occurs, wash off with warm soapy water.
