OSI Magnesium Oil + Capsaicin 100ml

£11.99

OSI Magnesium Oil with Capsaicin combines magnesium chloride from the ancient Zechstein seabed with capsaicin, the warming compound naturally found in chilli peppers. Applied as a topical spray, it delivers a gentle warming sensation to the area being massaged.

Each 100ml bottle contains around 40 servings. Used by people targeting tired or tense muscles, particularly after activity, or as part of a focused massage routine on a specific area.

Designed for:

  • Adults who want a topical magnesium spray with added warming action

  • People who use targeted application rather than full baths

  • Those who like the warming feel of capsaicin on skin during massage

Apply 2.5ml (around 16 pumps) to clean skin and massage gently. A light burning or stinging sensation may occur during initial use; this is normal with capsaicin. Wait at least 20 minutes before showering.

Suitable for vegetarians. Hypoallergenic and free from the 14 major declared allergens.

A note from our pharmacy team:

The capsaicin in this oil produces a real warming sensation on skin and is what makes this version popular for use after exercise or on a tight area. Always patch test on a small area first, and avoid eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. The magnesium absorption claim with topical sprays is more debated than the marketing suggests, so we'd describe this honestly as a warming massage oil with magnesium chloride, rather than a fast way to raise your magnesium. If you're after oral magnesium for levels, ask us.
